Research Notes

Confirm Correct roots in Sweden

  • See video. In the marriage certificate Mother is Mary Holgersson Johansson and father Holga Holgersson so it looks ok
  • In the household record Kristianopel AI:23 (1883-1890) Image 25 / page 20 (AID: v96293.b25.s20, NAD: SE/LLA/13211) we have Per Olof as the son but he Per Olof and his brother Gustaf Emanuel are not mentioned in the estate and inventory of the mother[15]... Also the death place of the brother Gustaf Emanuel is not found and maybe he has also left the country
  • Fathers name in marriage record is Holga Holgersson which feels like an evidence for that we have found the correct father. Father passed away in May 30, 1928 but the Estate and Inventory after the father is not found yet. Sometimes estate and inventories have good evidences for the children and could confirm that Per Olof is the correct son and has left to Australia...
  • The book for seamen for Kalmar is not scanned yet for the dates we need to look in see video.
