Where did the name Detho come from? I see this on FindAGrave and other sites but not on any documents. (Also, it was very rare before 1800 to have a middle name.)

This appears to be a duplicate of Holland-1713, but with a different mother (same father, wives with same name, same death date). Is there any documentation for his mother being Nancy Simpson? Or did Abraham really have 2 children named Reason? But the one who died in 1802 is more consistent with the 1764 birth date than the 1736 one, since he names 6 children (plus one expected) and the 1800 census listing for Reason Holland (age 26-44) matches the 1764 birth date, not the 1736 one.
