Mrs. Linda Charlene (Holley) Richards, 56, of Seymour, passed away at 1:51 PM, February 1, 2011, in Seymour.
Linda was born in Seymour, on December 3, 1954, the daughter of Melvin and Ruth (Johnson) Holley.
On November 24, 1989, in Seymour, Indiana, she married Donald "Don" Ray Richards, who preceded her in death October 26, 2007.
Linda was a member of the Brownstown Nazarene Church. She was employed for 23 years with Valeo Sylvania in Seymour. Linda was very strong in her faith with a positive outlook. She was full of joy and passed that on to others.
Besides her parents, Linda is survived by her children, Dan (Danielle) Rigsby, Matt (Angel) Rigsby, Phillip Rigsby, Sarah (Chris) Lockman, Rebecca Richards, Annette Richards-McClintic, Kim (Dale) Burris; her grandchildren, Lindzy, Kayleigh, Torrie, Cory, Josiah, Judah, Annie, Claire, Treyton, Micah, Makenna, and Samuel; sister, Rhonda Holley-Thompson; and brother, Ron Holley.
She was preceded in death by her husband.
Funeral services will be held at Voss Chapel on Saturday, February 5 at 1:00 PM with Rev. Ben Durr officiating.
Burial will take place at Riverview Cemetery with a Voss Dove release.
Friends may call at Voss Chapel on Friday from 4:00-8:00 PM and on Saturday from noon until time of service.
Memorials may be written to the Brownstown Nazarene Church.
