Elizabeth (Holliday) Scott was born in Yorkshire, England.
Elizabeth was born in Thorpe and was baptised in Howden, Yorkshire, England, in 1792. She was the daughter of John Holliday and Jane Waterhouse.[1]

In 1812 Elizabeth married Ralph Scott in Howden.[2] The family lived at Thorpe in the parish of Howden.[3] Ralph worked as an agricultural labourer.[4]

Ralph died in 1857 at the age of 67. He was buried in Howden.[5] In 1861 Elizabeth lived in Howden with her son, Holliday Scott.[6]

Elizabeth died in 1875 at the age of 82[7] and was buried in Howden Minster Churchyard.
