Robert Hollingsworth was born ABT 1560.

- Before 1598, moved from England to Ireland.
It can be assumed that Robert moved from England to Ireland before the birth of his only known son, Henry in 1598 in Belleniskcrannel, Parish of Segoe, Co. Armagh, Ireland. This data would support the theory that the Hollingsworth Family moved from England to Ireland to support the repopulation of the Queen's land with English farmers. Queen Elizabeth I had crushed the Irish rebellion against her crown in 1598 and needed patriotic farmers to settle and work the land.
