It seems Ruth moved with her son Elizur to Granville, Washington County, NY. In the 1810 census she is listed as living there with 2 other women (not sure of their ages, but one could have been one of her grand-daughters Elizabeth or Orrilla). It seems that by 1820 she was living with her son Elizur.
