Biography

Avis was born in 1886.[1] She was the daughter of Joseph Holloway and Elizabeth Seamans. Their family lived in Whitchurch, Buckinghamshire, England.[2] She married Walter Andrews and their family lived in Calgary, Alberta.[3][4] She passed away in 1949.[5]

Avis was born on 25 December 1886 in Whitchurch, Buckinghamshire, England. She was the daughter of William Joseph Holloway and Elizabeth Ann (Seamons) Holloway.

In 1901 Avis (age about 14) was living in Banbury, Oxfordshire, England.

When Avis was 23 she married on 12 October 1910 in Soulbury, Buckinghamshire, England.

Avis arrived in Quebec, Quebec, Canada on 23 October 1910.

Avis died at the age of 62 on 2 February 1949 in Cranbrook, British Columbia, Canada.
