Frank was born about 1884.
Frank died on the 28 December 1938 in Ashburton. [1] [2]
His funeral was held at St Stephen's Church on the 30 December, and he was then interred at Ashburton Cemetery. [3] His grave is in the Church of England section, area 194, plot 14. His wife and son Leonard are also buried in this plot. [4]
