Biography

Gladys was born 20 Sept 1877 in Jerusalem at her father's house on the Street of the Prophets^[1]. She was the daughter of William Holman Hunt and Edith Waugh.

In 1918, aged 41, she married Henry Joseph^[2]. Henry was an ophthalmic surgeon.

In 1939 she and Henry were listed at 'Far End', Compton Avenue, Highgate. This is a private road near Kenwood House. There are no children listed with them.

She passed away in late 1952 in Highgate, London^[3].
