REID— HOLMES. — White angelskin lace and a tulle veil will be worn by Miss Dulcie Holmes when her marriage to Mr. Arthur Reid is celebrated in the Albert Street Methodist Church this afternoon. The bride is the only daughter of Mr and Mrs. J. E. Holmes, Hawthorne. The bridegroom's sister, Miss B. Reid, wearing pink lace, will be bridesmaid. The Rev. H. M. Wheller will officiate, and Mr. H. Holmes will attend the bridegroom, who is the only son of Mr. and Mrs. W. J. Reid, Warwick.
ROCKHAMPTON will be the future home of Mr. Arthur Reid and his bride, who was Miss Dulcie Holmes before their marriage yesterday after noon at the Albert Street Methodist Church. The bride's gown of angelskin lace was finished with a pendant of amethyst and pearls, worn by her mother on her wedding day.
Dulcie Ethel (Holmes) Reid passed away 28 July 1983 at Queensland, Australia. [3] Dulcie's ashes are interred at Mt Thompson Memorial Gardens, Holland Park, Qld, Australia. [4]
