Biography
Esther was born in 1747 in Plymouth.[1]
In 1763, above the age of 14 years, Esther made the choice of Jeremiah Holmes of Plymouth to be her guardian.[2] Jeremiah, her guardian, also signed a receipt for her share of her father's estate.[3]
