Sarah Sally Holt was born in 1826 in North Carolina. Her father was Samuel Holt, and her mother was Asenath 'Seny' Bradley. She married John Gragg Gregg on September 29, 1842, in Greene County, Tennessee. They had 10 children in 26 years. She died about 1890, in Cocke County, Tennessee, at the age of 64.[1][2][3][4][5]
