According to the History of Parliament, Guy Spyne married Katherine by 1370.
1409, Warwickshire: Settlement by Guy Spiney and Thomas Throckmorton on the marriage of John, son of Thomas and Agnes his wife, to Eleanor, daughter of Guy and Katherine his wife, of the manors of Coughton, Throckmorton and Lench Randolf. [1]
Research Notes
The marriage settlement for John Throckmorton and Eleanor Spyne confirms the given name of Guy's wife was Katherine, however her LNAB has not been proven.
C.W. Throckmorton states "While I have been unable to identify positively the family of Katherine, there is no doubt in my mind that she was closely related to the family of Durvassal of Spernore, possibly a daughter of Alianore Durvassal, the heiress of Nicholas Durvassal, lord of Spernor and her husband, Walter Holt, of Yerdly, county Worcester."[2]
The two daughers of Sir Guy de la Spine and Katherine were name respectively Alianore (probably after Katherine's grandmother, Alianore Durvassal), and Alice after Sir Guy's grandmother, Alice de Bruley.
Katherine Holt and Guy de la Spine are actually second cousins twice removed. [2]

I seriously doubt that even in medieval times Katherine would have been married before her 2nd birthday. Either her birth year is wrong or the marriage year is wrong. Give the marriage date cited in "The History of Parliament," I am inclined to believe her birth year is much closer to 1350.
The information on Katherine's maternal line is based on errors in an Ancestry.com profile. Her mother was not born in 1350 - more likely 1333. Her grandfather, Nicholas, was probably the Nicholas Durvassal who was born c1303.
WikiTree requests a modification as birth date is later than father's date of death. If you are not authorized to make changes on pre-1500 profiles, give me the correct info for each profile and I will make the changes.
