Barnabas was born in 1738, the son of Gideon and Experience (Wing) Holway
He married Elizabeth Wing on 18 Mar 1762 at Sandwich, Barnstable, MA Bay - their children were Prince, Lodowick, Mary, Abigail, Stephen, Barnabas II and John Holway
He passed away in 1815.
