Jane was born in 1808. She was the daughter of Stephen Homan and Fanny Mills. She passed away in 1845.

Apollos Hawkins, born 11 May 1806, married 1) Jane Homan, daughter of Stephen and Fanny Homan. She was born in 1808, and died 16 Nov 1845, age 37. Apollos & Jane had two children:

1. Gilbert M born 5 May 1835; d. Sept. 25, 1875; m. Ann Jeanette Beale, had no children;
2. Chauncey born 1842; m. Charlotte Mills.^[1]
