Francis Webster Honeycutt (May 26, 1883 – September 20, 1940) was an American fencer and military officer. He won a bronze medal in the team foil event at the 1920 Summer Olympics.

From Des Moines Register - Brig Gen Francis Honeycutt's plane disappeared during a routine flight. The crash of a flaming plane had been reported by two men in the vicinity of Brunswick, Georgia. Search efforts turned up nothing. The plane left Fort Bragg NC on 20 Sep 1940, bound for Jacksonville, FL. Three people were aboard: General Honeycutt, Capt George Kehoe, and Corporal Robert Schnitz. from Fitchburg Sentinel - Army and Coast Guard men located General Honeycutt's plane that had crashed in a southeast Georgia swamp. Hope that there were survivors was abandoned. From NYT 1921 - Francis W Honeycutt was a member of The Washington Fencers Club. A team of three men, including Francis Honeycutt, Harold Rayner, and Henry Breckinridge, won the Saltus Trophy.
