Susannah Hood was baptized on October 27, 1745 in Topsfield, Province of Massachusetts Bay. Her parents were Nathaniel Hood and Abigail Potter. She married Israel Kinney on June 09, 1763 Together they had 16 children:
Find a Grave # 128585371 … Susannah Hood Kinney Tapley had several children living - both daughters and sons in Carleton County / I, too, agree with cousin descendant Jerry Kuntz that Susannah was still alive as per her photo at age 78 which would have been 1823. Also an elderly woman would live close to her children as possible and I do not think she passed away until fall of 1826 when her son Andrew sold his lands and moved to Carleton as he had been declared her caregiver. Andrew's 3 brothers & at least 5 sisters were already in Carleton County...some near Woodstock and the rest in Greenfield, N.B. (Centreville area).
