The Trinity Roots Magic site[4] has Samuel marrying twice, but the proposed wives: Maria McGrah, in 1828[5] and Elizabeth Kelsen, in 1834[6] seem problematic. In both cases, it is specified that Samuel is a bachelor, and it would be very unlikely his first marriage was in his 40s. In neither record, unfortunately, was his age listed.
