He was living with his parents in Wayne county, Illinois in 1850 and 1860.[1][2]
His father enlisted with the Union Army and was killed at the Battle of Shiloh in 1862.
He was living with his mother in Leech township, Wayne, Illinois in 1870[3] and in Barnhill, Wayne, Illinois in 1880.[4]
He passed away in 1889. He was buried in Union cemetery in Merriam, Wayne, Illinois.[5]
