Frank was born about 1871 in England and was naturalized in 1887 when he was 16.
In 1892 he was a farm laborer working for John & Elizabeth Weeks, who were born in England, in Marcellus.
He married Florence Olmsted and they had two children, Josephine and Charlie.
He farmed in the Town of Marcellus, Onondaga Co., New York.
Frank died died in 1947 and is buried with her husband in the Amber Cemetery, Amber, Onondaga County, New York.[1]
