Biography

Emily Harriet Hooper was born in Hobart in 1859. She was the daughter of John Elston Hooper and Mary Ann Embery. ^[1]

She married George Howard in 1882. ^[2]

Emily and George had at least four children.

She passed away in 1912. ^[3]

HOWARD.- On January 9, 1912, at East Prahran, Melbourne, Emily Harriet, widow of the late George Howard, and daughter of John and the late Mary Ann Hooper, of Hobart, in her 53rd year. A patient sufferer gone to rest.^[4]
