William Grant Scott (age 57) son of James C. Scott & Margaret J. Cobb married Hallie Belle Hoopman (age 34) on 21 Jun 1922 in Franklin, Ohio, United States^[4] After marriage, they lived in Liberty, Fairfield, Ohio, United States^[5] with their daughter. ^[6] They had moved to her mothers home in Westerville, Blendon Township, Franklin, Ohio, United States by 1940.^[7]
