Cobb married Hallie Belle Hoopman (age 34) on 21 Jun 1922 in Franklin, Ohio, United States[4] After marriage, they lived in Liberty, Fairfield, Ohio, United States[5] with their daughter. [6] They had moved to her mothers home in Westerville, Blendon Township, Franklin, Ohio, United States by 1940.[7]
