Biography

Euphrasia Hoover was born on February 17, 1845 at Clermont County, Ohio to her parents John Gray Hoover and Eliza McGraw. She married John Robson Richards, son of Jacob Richards on 23 September 1866 at Clermont, Ohio[1]. They had the following children Otis Hoover Richards, Addie I. Richards, Elizabeth May Richards and Fred S. Richards. She died on 1 September 1899 at Cowley County, Kansas and is buried at Star Valley Cemetery, Udall, Cowley County, Kansas..[2]
