Miss Amy R Hoover of Porter Township, Clarion County, died February 28, 1935 in the Columbia Hospital, Wilkinsburg. Death was caused by acute appendicitis.
Miss Hoover, the daughter of George A and Clara Hoover, was born August 23, 1897.
She leaves her father and mother and the following sisters and brothers: Mrs C L Phillips, Tarentum; Mrs. Thos. Shankle, Canton, Ohio and George Hoover, Limestone. A half sister, Mrs E V McNutt and a half brother W C Goheen also survive.
Funeral services were held Saturday afternoon, March 2, 1935 in the Squirrel Hill Methodist Episcopal Church.
Burial, under the direction of R F Mateer and Son, was made in the Squirrel Hill cemetery.
