Biography
Joan Leslie Hoover was born 12 April 1930. She was the daughter of Herbert Hoover and Margaret Watson.[1]
Her grandfather was the 31st President of the United States - President Herbert Hoover.[2]
She married William Leland Vowels in 1951.[1]
She passed away 10 May 2002 at the age of 72 in Tualatin, Oregon and was buried in the Old Scotch Church Cemetery in Hillsboro, Oregon.[1]
