Lady Sophia Hope was a member of the aristocracy in British Isles.

Biography

Lady Sophia Hope, daughter of Charles Hope 1st Earl of Hopetoun and Henrietta Johnstone was born on 31 May 1702 and baptised on 4 June 1702 in the parish of Kirkliston, West Lothian.^[1][2]

Sophia married, as his second wife, James Ogilvy, Earl of Findlater and Seafield on 14 December 1723 in the parish of Abercorn, West Lothian^[3][1]

The couple had no children.

Sophia died in London on 25 April 1761^[1] and was buried at Cullen, Banffshire.^[4]
