Easter Hopkins is a part of US Black heritage.

Easter was born about 1846. She passed away after 1858.

On 8 Feb 1858, Arvah Hopkins purchased the Goodwood Plantation located in Tallahassee, Leon County, Florida, from then owner, Mrs. Henrietta Smith. The property deed of purchase listed Easter (age 12) among the slaves. [1][2]

Some of the slaves in the deed may have been brought from North Carolina by one of the brothers (Hardy or Bryan).
