Biography

Thomas Hopkins was born about 1650 possibly in Providence, Providence, Rhode Island.

Son of Thomas Hopkins, one of the first settlers of the town of Providence, and his wife Elizabeth Arnold ( Arnold-4550 )

He married Mary Smith 1 April 1678 in Providence, Rhode Island.[1] (Some records say 3 April.)

He died 21 Apr 1718 in Providence, Providence, Rhode Island.[2]

His Will is probated on 1 May 1718 in Providence, Rhode Island.[3] It mentions, wife Mary. Sons: Thomas (Eldest), William, Joseph, Zebedee, Elisha, Ezekiel, Amos, and Jeremiah. Daughters: Anne, Elizabeth, Mary, and Rachel.
