Is there evidence that this Catherine (Hopkins) Hemry was the daughter of Samuel Hopkins and Isabella Taylor? My understanding is that their daughter Catherine Hopkins died about Nov 1805 in Henderson Co., Kentucky without having married nor having issue. I've left her linked for now, but marking them uncertain as there doesn't seem to be enough evidence to warrant the "confident" designation.
Unknown-223715 and Hopkins-245 appear to represent the same person because: They are the same woman; FamilySearch and other new information agree that John Hemry's wife's name was Catherine Hopkins.
