- Gwendoline's Death Notice says she was of 13 Wilfred Avenue, Chatswood, wife of Gordon, mother of Keith, Helen, Philip, Susan and Paul, daughter of Mrs. Mildred and late Patrick Hopkins (of Chatswood), sister of Alan, Marj and Jim. Aged 42. After a Service at Our Lady of Dolours Church, Archer Street, Chatswood she was buried at Northern Suburbs (now Macquarie Park) (Vaughan Catholic Lawn, Row 7, Grave 0061.)
