Mary Hopkinson married James Palmer who was the brother of Richard Palmer who married Mary's sister Jane. This is supported by the will of John Hopkinson of Buxton, Maine written in 1782 (probate 1784) which includes a bequest to his daughter Mary Palmer.[1]
