- Wiley Berbin Hopper was born in Carroll County, Tennessee and died in Milan, Gibson, Tennessee. He married Madge May Sanders on 18 MAR 1905 in Giles County, Tennessee. He was the son of Alfred Monroe and Permelia Adeline Browning Hopper and father of Zelma Clara Hopper.
