At 40, in 1851, she was a hand loom weaver in cotton, living in Hillhead Street, Kirkintilloch, with Robert and family.^[3]

At 50, in 1861, she was still in Hillhead Street, Kirkintilloch with Robert and family.^[4]

At 60, in 1871, she was a general weaver, living in Hillhead Wester Mains, Kirkintilloch with Robert and several of the family.^[5]

At 63, 1874 she died in Kirkintilloch, Dunbartonshire, Scotland, United Kingdom.^{[citation needed]}

Research Notes

Ancestry.com's cited birth certificate for this person spelt her first name as 'Rebekah', but this must have been the only place where it was so spelt. Elsewhere, it appears it was understood to be 'Rebecca', from her baptismal certificate on.
