Biography
Baptism Record stated "Natural Son". As Thomas has at least one known sibling, and on both their baptism records there is no fathers name and the words Natural Son (or daughter in siblings case) it can be reasonably assumed that his mother was most likely the mistress of a married man, therefore finding a fathers name is close to impossible.
