NOTE -- The following information is from the Web Site listed next below and has not been verified as correct--- but seems to be because Henry Horne marries Elizabeth Carstarphen and they have, among others, a child named Parmela E. Horne who marries first a Mcleod and second Neil McNeill and they named a child James Carstarphen McNeil. Also, see Parmela E. Horne in 1900 Census below that further verifies the above assumption.

Henry E.5 Horn (Henry4, Henry3, William2, Hypothetical1) was born 1785 in Edgecombe County, NC, and died 1842 in Gadsden County, Florida territory.136. He married (1) Lydia Read Abt. 1805 in Halifax Co., NC., daughter of Jesse Read. She died 1809 in Halifax Co., NC.. He married (2) Elizabeth Carstarphen 1810. She died Bef. 1840 in Decatur County, GA. He married (3) Margaret E. W. Gray May 7, 1840 in Decatur County, GA. Notes for Henry E. Horn: Acc. to Polk, "Henry E. Horn removed from Halifax Co. NC to Putnam Co. GA. The lines of the second Marriage children have not been traced. It is known that Orran C. Horne was appointed Guardian of his brothers and sisters, May 2, 1842, and lived in Houston Co GA. Orran C. also served in the Confederate Army as Capt, Company G, 10th Georgia Infantry. Whitmell Horne appears on the 1848 tax book for Union Co Arkansas. The Henry E. Horne family is recorded on the Putnam Co. GA US Census for 1820. Moving after 1820, the family is listed on the 1830 Decatur Co. GA US Census and the 1840 Census of Gadsden County, territory of Florida. Upon the death of his second wife, Henry E. Horne m/3 Margaret E. W. Gray in Decatur Co., GA, May 7 1840. Henry E. Horne presumably died in Gadsden Co., Florida territory, in 1842."
