Thomas Horspoole was baptised on 28 Jan 1578/1579 at All Hallows Lombard Street, City of London.[1]
In the will of his father, Simon Horspoole, the will made on 24 Sep 1601 and proved on 04 Feb 1601/1602, Thomas was noted as the youngest son and was bequeathed his Coppyhold or customary lands etc. in Croydon, Surrey. Thomas was also bequeathed one half of his father's goods etc. as “for that is thonely child which hathe nott had anie porrcon of my goodes in my lief time”.[2]
Thomas was recorded in the monumental inscription to his father at All Hallows Lombard Street, City of London.[3]
