DNA Connections
It may be possible to confirm family relationships with Abigail by comparing test results with other carriers of her mitochondrial DNA. However, there are no known mtDNA test-takers in her direct maternal line. It is likely that these autosomal DNA test-takers will share some percentage of DNA with Abigail:

Please see bio of Horton-31. Caleb Horton's will names Abigail, wife of Benj. Moor

Joyce,

I see in Calebs' Will, as you've pointed out, that apparently he had a dau. named Abigail Horton, who was married to Benjamin Moore. I've approved the merge and am leaving it to you or Ann to do the right thing and merge correctly.

Abigail (Mappam) Moore died June 2, 1746.

AND Abigail (Hallock) Moore also died June 2, 1746. AND according to this profile Abigail (Horton) Booth also died June 2, 1746.

I suspect there was just one Abigail Moore who died June 2: 1746.

Please review the documentation for Abigail (Mappam) Moore . She is Mappam-3 .

Mappam-3 and Horton-32 appear to represent the same person because: Abigail Mapham (Booth ) Moore is the daughter of Mary (Hampton) Mappam Horton. She had been wrongly identified as a Horton. There was no Abigail Horton Who married a Benjamin Moore. This merge is going the wrong way. Can you merge them correctly?

Mappam-3 and Horton-32 do not represent the same person because: These abigails have different parents. Abigail (Mappam ) Booth Moore Is well sourced as to her parents and husbands. All the dates line up for her. She married Benjamin Moore after Charles Booth died and her cemeteryrecord List her as wife of Benjamin Moore. She is the daughter of John Mappam In the records.

Where is Suffolk, Livingston? Surely Livingston County, NY did not exist at this time and all other place names are on the North Fork of Long Island in Suffolk County. Was there once a Livingston in Southold Town, Suffolk?

Where are you getting "Suffolk, Livingston" ?
It's given as place of Booth marriage in this profile.

Thank you Joyce,

We should easily be able to fix that during the merge ... I'm going to see if some sources can be found to tighten up the b. info, etc. also.

Dan

Thanks for checking and removing the other spouse.
She is not a Horton. After Charles Booth, sr. Died Abt 1700 she married Benjamin Moore:

Named daughter of John Mapham on 1718, Dec. 13 when “Charles Booth of Southold, son and heir of Charles Booth, deceased, as descended from Abigail Booth, party heir to the estate of Mr. James Hampton of Southampton and daughter of John Mapham of said town, deceased, sells to Hezekiah Howell, a piece of upland...”
