Rosella was born in 1869. She is the daughter of Caleb Horton and Lorett Lee.^{[1] [2]}

On August 18, 1893, Rose Horton married Frank Cahoun at Detroit, Michigan.^[3]

Mrs Rose Horton Cahoon, age 40, married Stephen A Weber on May 6, 1915 at Butler, Ohio.^[4]

She passed away in 1917. ^[5]
