Biography

Isaac Horton, son of Judge William Horton and Elizabeth (Covert) Horton, was born on 13 April 1780 at Plumb Brook, now Lincolndale in Somers, Westchester, New York.[1]

He married Prudence Knapp, his first cousins once removed and daughter of Enoch and Esther (Wright) Knapp, on 1 Jan. 1807.[1]

He moved to Liberty, Delaware County, New York on 5 April 1826.[1]

Isaac died on 10 May 1855 at Liberty, Sullivan County, New York[2] and was buried at Old Liberty Cemetery, Liberty, Sullivan County, New York. His memorial has photos and links to those of family members.[3]
