Albert was born in 1877. Albert was born Frederick G Horton supposedly in Hamilton County, Tenn., but no sources have confirmed. He was found on a convicts census from Dooly, GA as escaping in September 1902 after 10 yards of incarceration. He then took a train to Louisiana where he settled and changed his name taking his mother's maiden name Morgan. He passed away in 1945.
