Biography

Septimus was born about 1847. He is the son of Septimus Hoskins and Eliza Bird. in 1851 he was 3 living with his parents Septimus and Eliza and younger sister Sarah in Camden Row South Saint Pancras, Middlesex, England ^[1]

Son Alfred was born in 1864 in London^[2]

In 1871 he was 23 a surveyor's clerk boarding in Kentish Town, St Pancras, London, Middlesex, England in the household of Stephen Rood ^[3]

By 1881 he was married to Elizabeth, a contractor's assistant living in Glanville Terrace, Hackney ^[4]

He was eligible to vote in 1903 ^[5]
