Biography

Peggy Sue Houser was born on September 19, 1962, in Largo, Florida, to Hattie Samples and Stephen Tennis Houser. [1]
She died sometime after June 14, 1981, but before Jan. 3, 1982 in Hillsborough, Florida, at the age of 19. She was buried beside her mother on Tuesday, April 3, 2012 in Forest Hill Cemetery, [2] Piqua, Miami, Ohio, United States. Headstone

Peggy went missing on the night of June 14, 1981. Her body was found on Jan. 3, 1982 , but was not identified until 2012. For years she was only known by ME 82–00013.
Through the work of Erin Kimmerle with the Tampa Bay Cold Case Project, the Doe Network, a database of missing persons. and Amanda Whidden, manager of investigations for Hillsborough County Medical Examiner’s office that she was finally able to come home.
