Henry Howard was the son of Lt.-Gen. Hon. Thomas Howard and Mary Morton.1 He married, secondly, Maria Mackenzie, daughter of Kenneth Mackenzie, Lord Fortrose and Lady Mary Stewart.1 He married, firstly, Catherine Carlton, daughter of Reverend John Carlton. He died on 10 September 1811.
