Rachel (Howard) Boulden was born in Victoria, Australia
Rachel Howard was born on 26 Oct 1867 at Buninyong, Victoria, Australia.[1] She was the daughter of Charles Howard and Emily Cook.
Rachel Howard married John Stephen Boulden in 1895 at Balwyn, Victoria, Australia.[2] A marriage notice has not yet been located on Trove. They had six children during their marriage;
