Judith Frances Howard was born in February 1839 in In the 1850 census Judith (age 11) was living with his mother and 6 children in District 2, Caldwell, Kentucky, United States.^[1]

In the 1880 United States census Judith (age 40) was living with her husband John C. Miller (age 49) and 8 children at their home in Madison, Polk, Iowa, United States.^[2]

In the 1900 census Judith (age 61), Farm Labor, was the widowed head of household living with her son John (age 29) in Madison, Polk, Iowa.^[3]

Judith F. Miller died on 30 May 1916 in Polk City, Polk, Iowa, United States at the age of 77 years. She was buried at Polk City Cemetery.^[4]
