Howard-17011 and Howard-6 appear to represent the same person because: Howard-17011 was created as Sir William Howard, erroneously linked as the father of Joane Howard-1997, wife of Henry Scott of Rattlesden. Father-daughter now unlinked. Now need to merge away Howard-17011. Keep all Howard-6's dates and places.
