Fred was born in 1926 in Indiana, United States. He was the son of Fred Howard, Sr. and Myrtle Howard. Fred was married to Garnet Mae Arnett. He passed away in 1966 in Indiana, United States. He was buried at the Westville Cemetery, Westville, LaPorte, Indiana. Fred's cause of death was a heart attack.
