He was the son of Henry Howard and Juliana Molyneux.[1] He was born on the 7th of October 1766.[1] He married Elizabeth Long, daughter of Edward Long and Mary Ballard Beckford, on the 12th of September 1801.[1] They were married at South Bersted, Sussex, England.[2] In 1812 his name was legally changed to Henry Thomas Howard-Molyneux by Royal Licence.[1] In 1817 his name was legally changed to Henry Thomas Howard-Molyneux-Howard by Royal Licence.[1] He died on the 17th of June 1824 at the age of 57 at Westminster, London, England.[1] He was buried at Arundel, Sussex, England.[3][4]
