I am presently researching descendants of (Col) Thomas Howard (1754-1805) from Sussex, Va. and New Hanover, NC, and Henry Baylis Howard from New Hanover, NC. I am presently researching the background of my 2nd great grandfather Charles Henry Howard (1808 -1871) from Beaufort, NC, who was married to Maria Sabiston.

Thomas Howard, 4th Duke of Norfolk, England (1536 -1572) was the second cousin to Queen Elizabeth.
