Biography

Julia was born in Titsey, Surrey in 1872. She is the daughter of George Howard and Maria Tidey.

On 21 August 1897, Julia married Henry George Billinghurst in Titsey Surrey and they would become the parents of one son and one daughter, born in 1898 and 1903 respectively.

Julia was widowed in 1928 and she passed away in Horsham Sussex 1956 at about age 84.
